Yes. Rental of our manual wheelchairs is complimentary. They can be checked out at Customer Service located on the upper level near Entry#4 (Near AMC) directly across from the Food Court.
Northlake Mall gift cards cannot be purchased over the telephone, however they can be purchased online and at Customer service located on the upper level near the food court.
The security is located on the upper level between Eddie Bauer and Arden B. Security Office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The phone number for dispatch is 704.921.2006.
The Management Office is located on the lower level between PacSun and ALDO on the Dick's Sporting Goods wing. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, the office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The phone number for the receptionist is 704.921.2005.
