Where can I find the Restrooms?

Family restrooms are located on the lower level near the Mall Management Office on the lower level between Grand Court and Dick's Sporting Goods and on the upper level in the Food Court. Other restrooms can be found in corridors throughout the mall.

Where is the lost and found?

Lost and found items are logged in at our Customer Service Center located on the upper level at Grand Court. All items not claimed at the end of the day are turned into our Public Safety Office which is located on the upper level between Grand Court and Dick's Sporting Goods.

Do you have wheelchairs available for customers?

Rental of our manual wheelchairs is complimentary.

Northlake Mall gift cards cannot be purchased over the telephone, however they can be purchased online and at the Customer Service Center located on the upper level in Grand Court.

What is the Northlake Mall Adult Supervision Policy?

The Adult Supervision Policy at Northlake Mall requires that individuals under the age of 18 visiting Northlake Mall after 5:00pm on Friday or Saturday evenings be accompanied by a responsible adult 21 years of age or older. You can find information about the Rules of Conduct and Adult Supervision Policy on our website or by visiting the Customer Service Center.

Public Safety Officer

IPC Security is the Public Safety provider for Northlake Mall, and a nationwide leader in mall security. IPC is always accepting applications for Full-time and Part-time Public Safety Officer positions.

 

Candidates must have good communication skills and a strong desire to learn, and must speak and write fluent English. IPC provides benefits for full-time employees, a stable work environment and excellent growth potential. High School Diploma/GED, valid driver's license and a clear criminal history are required.

Infoplace USA is the customer service provider for Northlake Mall, and their mission is to provide exceptional customer services to all mall shoppers. Northlake Mall Customer Service is always accepting applications for part-time Customer Service Representatives.
