The Northlake Mall Customer Service Center is conveniently located on the upper level in Grand Court. Our Customer Service Representatives are available during regular mall hours to assist you with any of the services below to insure that you have an exceptional shopping experience at Northlake Mall. Ticketmaster

Northlake Mall's Ticketmaster outlet is located at the Customer Service Center. Shoppers can purchase tickets here and access event information to a wide range of venues and entertainment options including sports, music, theater, arts and family shows.

Time Warner Cable Customer Service

Located on the opposite side of the Northlake Mall Customer Service Center, Time Warner Cable Customer Service representatives are available to assist you with cable, high-speed on-line and digital phone services.

Valet Parking

Northlake Mall is pleased to offer valet parking service located at Entry 1 near Borders Books & Music and Bravo! Cucina Italiana. Valet service is available Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.*, and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m*. *Hours may vary, see an attendant for details.

Stroller Rental

Mall Racer strollers are available on the upper level at Entry 1 near the Food Court and  Entry 5 near Belk, and on the lower level at Entry 3 near Dillard's and Entry 6 near Belk. The rental fee is $5.00 with a $1.00 refund when the stroller is returned. Stroller rental machines accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and the Northlake Mall Gift Card.

ATMs

ATMs are conveniently located on the lower level near Dick's Sporting Goods and on the upper level at the Customer Service Center and in the Food Court near to the Grand Court Elevator.

Family Restrooms

Family restrooms are located on the upper level in the Food Court and on the lower level between Grand Court and Dick's Sporting Goods. Family restrooms are ideal for parents shopping with little ones.

Looney Tunes Play Area

Kids are invited to explore our amazing 2,000 square-foot Looney Tunes Play Area. They can climb, crawl and jump on their favorite Looney Tunes characters. The Play Area is located on the lower level near Dick's Sporting Goods.

Coca-Cola Sports Court

Watch the latest sporting events on three flat screen TVs while lounging in a big, comfy chair or bleacher-style seating. The Court is located on the lower level near Dick's Sporting Goods.

Coffee Court

Located on the lower level in Grand Court, the Coffee Court offers a sublime setting for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a light snack.

Mall Walker Hours

Access to Northlake Mall for walking is available Monday through Saturday  7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. through any of the main mall entry doors.
